How many aliases can I create?

Aliases allow you to answer chats via a different persona. You may want to create an alias to protect your identity or give the appearance that your business is larger than it is. 

You can create up to 30 aliases per account. 

Here’s how to create and manage your aliases:

Head over to your Dashboard ⮕ click your Profile Icon on the lower-left corner ⮕ Edit Profile ⮕ Aliases.

Then select Aliases. 

From there, you can manage your existing aliases and add new ones.
