How is my data transferred?
When you use tawk.to, data travels between your device and our servers. This data transfer is encrypted using SHA-256 SSL, a strong industry standard for secure communication.
We use a global Content Delivery Network (CDN) to ensure fast and reliable performance. This means that while your data is stored in the USA, it's quickly and efficiently accessible from anywhere worldwide.
We’re working on giving you more control over where your data is stored. In the future, you’ll be able to choose specific storage locations to better meet your business needs.
Data protection
We don't sell or use your data for advertising purposes, and we encrypt everything to keep it safe. We only access your data to provide, support, and improve the quality of our services.
