Where and how do we host our data?

We're hosted with GCP ( Google Cloud Platform ) and have a global CDN (Content Delivery Network). The data at rest is hosted at Google in the USA. However, the data over the wire travels to/from wherever the agents and visitors are.

With that said, we do intend to offer a solution in the near future that will allow users to select where they want their data stored at rest.
