Where to find your widget code on Android
Steps to get your widget code

3. Scroll and tap Property Admin Settings.

4. Select the property that contains the widget you want to install.

5. Tap Channels.

6. Choose the widget you want to use (if you have more than one).

7. Tap </> Code. You’ll see the JavaScript snippet for that widget.

8. Copy the snippet or use the option to email it to yourself.

Paste the snippet into your website’s HTML just before the closing </body> tag, and the widget should appear on your site.
Additional considerations
Place the snippet right before </body> on the page(s) where you want the widget. If you install it site-wide, add it to your site template/footer so it loads on every page.
If you plan to add the chat inside a mobile app (not a website), consider using the Direct Chat Link and a WebView. Learn more here: How to add the tawk.to widget to your mobile application
If your site uses caching or a CDN, clear caches after adding the snippet so visitors see the change immediately.
If you don’t see the widget after installing the code, test in an incognito/private window and ensure JavaScript is enabled.
If your site runs on WordPress, Shopify, or Magento, install the tawk.to plugin/app from the platform’s marketplace — the plugin often handles the code insertion for you.
