Managing the ban list on Android

To ban a visitor by their IP address or remove them from the Ban list on Android, select the You icon in the lower-right corner to open the Administration menu.

Select Property Admin Settings.

Select a property.

Then, make your way to the Ban list.

Here you'll see a list of all banned visitors. To ban another, click the + (Plus) symbol in the lower-right corner.

Now, enter the IP address of the visitor you wish to ban, provide a reason, and select Ban.

Tick the checkbox next to the name or IP address of each visitor you want to remove from the Ban list. To select all entries in the list, tick the checkbox in the upper-right corner. 

Click the trash icon to remove the selected visitors from the Ban list. Then, confirm that you want to delete the entries in the list.

You can also select a banned visitor from the list to see past conversations and information regarding the ban, including when it happened, the visitor’s location, and why they were banned.
