Removing a ban

Whether you have changed your mind or a visitor has redeemed themselves, there is a way to remove them from the Ban List.


NOTE: The instructions below can be completed from a browser or the tawk.to desktop apps.

Here’s how to remove a visitor from the Ban List:


If you have multiple properties, check to make sure you're viewing the correct one. Hover over the current property name in the upper-left menu to select a new property from the list.


Next, make your way to ⚙️Administration User Management ⮕ Ban List.

In the Ban List, you'll see all the currently banned visitors. If you need to remove a ban on a visitor, select their name in the list. This will open up a record of what happened when they were banned.


To end the ban, click the red Delete button. This will remove them from the Ban List

To remove multiple bans at once, click the checkbox for each visitor you would like to ban.


Once you've made your selection, click the red Delete Selection button at the bottom of the page.

The visitors you have selected will automatically be removed from the list.
