How to change your billing details


The billing page allows you to view and update the payment information you use when purchasing Add-ons.

Only an admin can make changes to your billing details. The person who signed up and paid for the add-on cannot be removed from the account.

NOTE: The instructions below can only be completed from a browser or the desktop apps. They cannot be completed in the mobile app.

If you have multiple properties, check to make sure you're viewing the correct one. Hover over the current property name in the upper-left menu to select a new property from the list.

Make your way to ⚙️AdministrationBillingPurchases and Invoices.

To change your payment method, click Modify next to your listed payment method.

You'll then be able to choose a new payment method using either a credit card or PayPal. Then click the green Activate Now button to make the changes. Changes to your payment method will take effect on the next billing date.

To add a billing address, click Add next to Billing Address.

 Don’t forget to click Save to confirm the changes.

To update the saved billing address, click Modify and enter the new billing address then click Save to confirm the changes.

To view a copy of the latest invoice, click the date of the invoice in the upper-right corner. A new tab opens showing your latest invoice.

That's it — your billing details are now updated.
