How to change your tawk.to billing details

The instructions below are for desktops and laptops only.

You can easily update the billing details for your subscriptions in the Billing section of the tawk.to Dashboard. This includes adding your billing address, changing your subscription plan, and updating your payment method.


Note: Only the Account Owner can access and update billing information.


Follow these steps:


1. Log in to your tawk.to account.

2. Select your desired property at the top right corner.

3. Click Administration in the top menu.

4. Click BillingPurchases and Invoices in the left menu.

5. Click Add next to Billing Address, enter your address details, then click Save.


Invoices for past payments under Subscription Invoices on the right side will show the updated details when you view or download them.

Things to note:

  • The user who last set the payment method for an add-on is considered its Billing Admin.

  • Billing Admins cannot be removed from a property.

  • If no Billing Address has been added for a subscription, the Billing Admin's name will be used in all invoices by default.

  • After you add a Billing Address, invoices for past payments under Subscription Invoices will show the updated details when you view or download them.
