How to change your billing details


The billing page allows you to view and update the payment information you use when purchasing Add-ons.

Only an admin can make changes to your billing details. The person who signed up and paid for the add-on cannot be removed from the account.

NOTE: The instructions below can only be completed from a browser or the desktop apps. They cannot be completed in the mobile app.

If you have multiple properties, check to make sure you're viewing the correct one. Hover over the current property name in the upper-left menu to select a new property from the list.

Make your way to ⚙️AdministrationAdd-OnsBilling.

To change your payment method, go to Billing and click Modify next to your listed payment method.

You'll then be given the option to enter a new payment method using either PayPal or a credit card. Changes to your payment method will take effect on the next billing date.

To change or add a billing address, click Modify next to the current Billing Address.

Update the billing address and click Save to confirm the changes.

To view a copy of the latest invoice, click the date of the invoice in the upper-right corner. A new tab opens showing your latest invoice.

That's it — your billing details are now updated.
