The Billing page allows you to view and update the payment information you use when purchasing tawk.to Add-ons.
Note: Only an admin can make changes to your billing details.
If you have multiple properties, check to make sure you’re viewing the correct one by hovering over the hamburger icon at the top of the Dashboard.
Make your way to ⚙️Administration ➞ Add-Ons ➞ Billing.
To change your payment method, go to Plan and Billing details and click Modify next to your listed payment method.
You'll then be given an option to enter a new payment method using either PayPal or a credit card. Changes to your payment method will take effect on the next billing date.
To change or add a billing address, click Modify next to the current Billing Address.
Update the billing address and click Save to confirm the changes.
To view a copy of the latest invoice, click the date of the invoice in the upper-right corner. A new tab opens showing your latest invoice.
That's it — your billing details are now updated.
