How do I change my tawk.to subscription?

The instructions below are for desktops and laptops only.

You can easily adjust your subscription based on your needs. You can switch between monthly and annual billing for some add-ons, add more live chat agents, or modify your chat support coverage.

Things to consider before making changes

  • Prepaid subscription
    Subscriptions are prepaid. If you make changes mid-cycle, the update will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

    Example: If you're halfway through an annual plan and switch to monthly billing, the change won't happen until the current annual cycle ends.

  • Separate add-ons
    Each add-on is adjusted individually. Changing the plan for one add-on will not affect the others

  • Yearly subscriptions cannot be paused
    If you’re on an annual plan, it must remain active for the full term. You can't pause it.

Changing your subscription
1. Log in to your tawk.to account.

2. Select the correct property.

3. Click Administration on the top menu.

4. In the Administration menu on the left, click Purchases and Invoices under Billing.

5. On the Purchases and Invoices page, click Modify next to the Payment method you want to change.

6. Select the payment method and click Activate Now.

Your new payment method will be saved and active immediately.
