How to set up a chat page

The instructions below are for desktops and laptops only.

Your tawk.to chat page is an easy way to connect with visitors—no website or widget installation needed. It's ideal for sharing via social media, email signatures, or business cards.

What is a Chat Page?

A chat page is a dedicated, standalone page that offers several key features:

  • Company introduction: It showcases your company with a profile and branding.

  • Social media links: It provides links to your social channels.

  • Live chat access: Visitors can easily launch a live chat with just one click.

  • Shareability: The page can be shared via email signatures or on social media.
