How to set up a chat page
[Desktop]
Chat pages are hosted landing pages that let you turn links into conversations. You can create a chat page for every property (business) you manage in tawk.to.
Don’t have a website? A chat page is your own place on the internet where you can educate your customers about your company and invite them to engage with you via live chat.
Why create a chat page?
A chat page allows you to share your company profile, link to social channels, and start live chats. Include the link to your chat page in your email signature and business cards, so customers can start a chat with you directly and connect with you on social media. You can even add your company story.
Looking to have a page just for yourself? While any property member can respond on a page for a business or organization, only you can access the settings and conversations associated with your personal profile page. Design your own widget, tabs, shortcuts and more. Now you have a direct line to your customers.
NOTE: The instructions below can only be completed from a browser or the tawk.to desktop apps. They cannot be completed in the tawk.to mobile app.
