Step by step instructions to create a account

In order to use the software or to be added as an agent to another account, you will first need to create a account. Signing up for a account is totally free (and always will be).

To get started, head over to and click Sign Up Free.

Next, fill out your details to create a new account and click the green button to enter the setup wizard.

After signing up, you should receive a confirmation email at the email address you used for registration. If you don’t receive one, please contact the team via the chat so they can assist you.

To add the widget to a website, continue to follow the steps in the setup wizard by selecting a language and choosing Next: Create Property.

If you've already set up the widget on your site or you're creating an account to use on a site on which the widget has already been added, click the Setup Later button to the right and head straight into the Dashboard.

Now that your widget is set up, you can invite others to help you respond to chats and manage your account. Each team member you invite to join your property will receive an email notification.

If they already have a account, they will be prompted to login to their account to accept the invitation.

If they are new to, they will receive an email inviting them to create a free account.

That's it! You're all set up and ready to go.
