Adding a widget to your Shopify Store


The Shopify integration with can be found directly in the Shopify App Store.

It takes only seconds to add your widget to your Shopify account.

Log in to your Shopify account and navigate to the Shopify App Store

Search for in the app store and click the Add app button.

You'll be sent back to your Shopify store dashboard. Select the Install app button to continue. 

You'll then be prompted to log in to your account and give permission to Shopify.

After you enter your details and log in, choose your widget property and select the widget you would like to add to your Shopify store.

Then, click the Use selected widget button to confirm your choice.

To complete widget installation, select Online Store in the left menu. Then, select Theme to activate your widget in your storefront.

Click the Customize button.

Select the Apps icon in the left menu. Then slide the toggle for the Live Chat app.

Click the Save button in the upper right to complete widget activation in your Shopify theme.

View and manage orders in your Dashboard

When you install the Shopify app using the plugin, a new Shopify tab will appear in the messaging section of your Dashboard. This feature gives you access to your store administrative functions in the sidebar of each chat and ticket.

When a customer initiates a chat, Click the Shopify tab to view and check order details, confirm delivery status, process refunds, manage cancellations and more.

The tab will automatically be added to your account — no additional setup is needed.
