Restricting your widget by platform, domain or country
By default, the chat widget will appear on all the pages of your website, to visitors on desktop and mobile and for visitors across the globe.
The Availability Restriction feature lets you restrict the widget from showing on certain pages of your website or to visitors on a particular device. It also enables you to block the widget from appearing to visitors from a specific country.

If you have multiple properties, make sure to check that you're currently viewing the correct one by hovering over the hamburger icon at the top of the Dashboard.
Then head over to Administration ⮕ Chat Widget and scroll down to Availability Restriction.
Domain Restriction lets you hide or show the widget on one or more specific domains or URLs.
Enabling Domain Restriction by switching it on will give you two new options for restricted domains: SHOW widget only on specific domains and/or URLs and HIDE widget on specific domains and/or URLs.
Platform Restriction lets you show or hide the chat widget on specific platforms. You can also choose which platforms on which to show or hide the widget: Desktop or Mobile.
Enabling Platform Restriction by switching it on will give you two new options: SHOW widget only to visitors of the following platforms and HIDE widget only to visitors of the following platforms.
You can then choose where to display or hide the widget: Desktop or Mobile.
Country Restriction enables you to block the widget from appearing to visitors from a specific country.
