Changing your widget language


Changing the language of the chat widget is quick and easy.

If you have multiple properties, check to make sure you're viewing the correct one. Hover over the current property name in the upper-left menu to select a new property from the list.

NOTE: The instructions below can only be completed from a browser or the desktop apps. They cannot be completed in the mobile app.

Next, make your way to ⚙️AdministrationChannelsChat Widget.

Under Widget Content, click the drop-down menu under Language. Choose a language, and you're done. 

If you'd like to customize the greetings and forms your visitors will see when they interact with the widget, click the Edit Content button to open the Widget Content panel.
