How do I renew my canceled subscription?

Your payment might have failed or you may have canceled a subscription but changed your mind. Do you want to resubscribe to a canceled add-on?

Before renewing your subscription, keep the following things in mind:

  • If you renew your subscription before the previous billing cycle and the payment is successful, then the billing date remains the same. The next payment will take place on the original billing date.

  • If you renew your subscription after the previous billing cycle, then the billing date starts when the payment is successful.

Note: Only an account admin can renew a subscription.

Follow these steps to reactivate your subscription:

First, if you have multiple properties, check to make sure you’re viewing the correct one by hovering over the property list at the top of the Dashboard.

Then, make your way to ⚙️AdministrationBilling Purchases and Invoices.

You can view your canceled subscription under Purchases and Invoices. Then, click the green Renew subscription now button.

A new window will pop up and you will have to Select your plan from the drop-down menu, then Select your payment method - Paypal or Credit Card. And to complete the renewal, click the green Activate Now button.

That's it — your subscription has been renewed.
