How do I renew my canceled subscription?
Your payment might have failed or you may have canceled a subscription but changed your mind. Do you want to resubscribe to a canceled add-on?
Here are some points to consider before renewing your subscription:
- If you renew your subscription before the previous billing cycle and the payment is successful, then the billing date remains the same. The next payment will take place on the original billing date.
- If you renew your subscription after the previous billing cycle, then the billing date starts when the payment is successful.
Note: Only an account admin can renew a subscription.
Follow these steps to reactivate your subscription:
First, if you have multiple properties, check to make sure you’re viewing the correct one by hovering over the hamburger icon at the top of the Dashboard.
Head over to the lower-left corner of your Dashboard, and click Administration ➞ Billing.
Go to Plan and Billing details to view your canceled subscription. Then, click Renew subscription now!
Select a subscription plan, enter a payment method and click Renew.
That's it — your subscription has been renewed.
