How do I renew my canceled tawk.to subscription?

The instructions below are for desktops and laptops only.

You can easily renew a canceled subscription from your tawk.to Dashboard.
Before you start
Keep these in mind:

  • Admin access required: Only an account admin can renew a canceled subscription. 

  • Billing timing affects your next payment:

    • If you renew before the previous billing cycle ends and your payment goes through, your billing date stays the same and your next charge will occur on the original date. 

    • If you renew after the previous cycle ended, your new billing period will start when the payment is successful.
Steps to renew your subscription
Log in to your tawk.to account. Then, select the correct property.

Click Administration on the left navigation bar.

Click Purchases and Invoices under Billing in the left submenu.

Click Renew subscription now under the subscription you want to renew.

In the pop-up, select your plan (billed annually or monthly), and enter your payment details. Then, double-check your details and click Activate Now.

Your subscription is renewed immediately.

Additional considerations

  • Confirm you're in the right property
    If you manage multiple tawk.to properties, always confirm that you’re viewing the correct one before managing billing or subscriptions. Billing is tied to the selected property.

  • Keep your billing information updated
    Ensure your billing details and payment method are up to date on the Purchases and Invoices page to avoid renewal failure and payment-related issues.
