Deleting your property

The instructions below are for desktops and laptops only.

You can delete a property on your tawk.to dashboard without deleting your account. Only team members with Admin access can delete properties on your dashboard.


Once a property is deleted, it cannot be undone or recovered. All associated data including your settings, billings, Knowledge Base, payment history, and site URLs will be deleted permanently.


Important: Consider your options carefully before deleting a property.

Follow these steps to delete a property:

1. Log in to your tawk.to account.


2. On your dashboard, select the property you want to delete. Hover over the property name to ensure you’ve selected the correct one.

3. Click the gear icon on the top menu to go to the Administration panel.

4. In Overview, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Delete Property.

5. Enter DELETE THIS PROPERTY and click Delete.

Your property and all associated data are deleted permanently.
