Connecting multiple WhatsApp numbers

The instructions below are for desktops and laptops only.

You can link multiple WhatsApp Business numbers to tawk.to, and manage all your WhatsApp conversations in one place — your tawk.to Inbox.

Steps to connect multiple WhatsApp numbers

Click Administration in the left navigation bar.

Click Integrations in the left submenu.

Select Messaging. Then, click WhatsApp.

Click Settings.

Click WhatsApp Numbers, then click + Connect to add a new number.

In the pop-up window, log in to your business Facebook account. Then, grant tawk.to Omnichannel Inbox WA permission to access your WhatsApp chats.

Follow the instructions to
- Select your Business Manager account.

- Create a new WhatsApp Business profile or choose an existing number.
- Verify your chosen phone number (via SMS or voice call).

After verification, the connection is complete and your new WhatsApp channel will appear in your tawk.to Inbox.

Repeat the above steps to add other WhatsApp Business accounts and phone numbers to your tawk.to property.

Important considerations

Ensure that your WhatsApp numbers aren’t connected to other apps before connecting them to tawk.to.
Once a WhatsApp number is connected to a tawk.to property, you cannot connect that same WhatsApp number to another property.
