How do I report a bug in Android?

Submitting a bug report helps us fix and improve our application to provide you with a better experience.


When you encounter a bug in the tawk.to system, you can submit a bug report by following the steps below:


Log in to your tawk.to account using the mobile app.


Next, select the You button in the lower tab menu.

Click App Settings under Settings.

Then, select the Help Center among the options.

In the lower area of the screen, click the Send a Report button.

Enter your message in the space provided. When you finish writing your report, click the Send button in the upper-right corner of the screen.

A popup page will appear. Click the email application you would like to use to send your bug report.

When you select the email application, it will automatically open. The system will use the information from the message you composed before to fill up the necessary fields in the email. 

Make sure your report log appears in the email as an attachment.

Click the Send button in the email app to finish sending your report.

Once you send the report, you will receive a confirmation email containing the details of your bug report.
