Understanding how AI Assist prioritizes your data sources
AI Assist reviews all the data you provide and searches for the best match to create helpful responses, making customer interactions smoother and more effective.
How AI Assist uses information from your data sources
According to the context of each inquiry, AI Assist selects portions of information from your data sources.
Each portion may consist of:
A shortcut
An FAQ
A row in a CSV file
A snippet from Text, a Knowledge Base article, a PDF or TXT file, or a Website
Once it has selected the relevant information, AI Assist generates a response according to your instructions in the Base Prompt.
Organize and update your data sources
We recommend organizing your data sources to avoid duplicate information in multiple sources. Regularly updating your data sources ensures AI Assist delivers the most relevant and accurate information.
Keywords in Shortcuts
You can assign higher priority to certain keywords by adding AI Questions to your Shortcuts. Ensure your keywords are clear, specific, and relevant. This helps tailor responses based on what matters most to your customers.
Monitor your conversations
Pay attention to AI Assist’s responses. If you identify trends or issues, consider adjusting your data sources accordingly.
AI Assist prioritizes your data sources effectively, enhancing the clarity and efficiency of your conversations.
