How to reset my password

The instructions below are for desktops and laptops only.

If you have trouble logging in, or if you’ve forgotten your password, follow these steps to reset your password:

1. On the login page, click Forgot Password.

2. Enter the email address associated with your tawk.to account.

3. We’ll send you an email to confirm your request. In that email, click Reset password.

This link will expire after 24 hours, so update your password promptly when you receive the email.

4. Enter your new password twice, and click Reset Password.

Your password must have 6 characters upper and lowercase minimum, with at least 1 number.

We recommend choosing a strong and unique password not used for other accounts.

5. You’ll be directed to the login screen. Enter your new password to log in.
