How to reset my password
The instructions below are for desktops and laptops only.
If you’ve forgotten your password or are having trouble logging in to your tawk.to account, you can reset it easily. Follow the steps below to regain access safely.
Steps to reset your password
1. Go to the login page and click Forgot Password.
2. Enter the email address linked to your tawk.to account and click Resend Password.
3. Check your email. We’ll send a password reset email. Open the email and click Reset password. The link expires after 24 hours, so reset your password as soon as possible. If the reset link has expired, repeat the steps above to request a new one. If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folder.
4. Enter your new password twice, then click Reset Password. Your password must be at least 6 characters long and include both uppercase and lowercase letters. Include at least one number. Choose a strong, unique password that you don’t use for other accounts.
5. You’ll be redirected to the login screen. Enter your new password to access your account.
