How to accept an invitation to a tawk.to property
The instructions below are for desktops and laptops only.
If you already have a tawk.to account
Follow these steps to accept the invitation:
1. Check your email for the invitation. Look for a message from tawk.to with the subject line indicating an invitation to join a property. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder.
2. Open the email and click “dashboard”. It will take you to the tawk.to login page.
3. Log in to your tawk.to account.
4. After logging in, you’ll be taken to the dashboard. Click the bell icon in the lower-left corner of your dashboard. This opens the notifications list.
5. Under Invitations, click Accept to accept the pending invitation.
You’ll be added to the property after accepting the invitation. You’ll have access to the property’s settings and live chats (depending on your assigned role and permissions).
If you don’t have a tawk.to account yet
Follow these steps to accept the invitation:
1. Check your email for the invitation. Look for a message from tawk.to with the subject line indicating an invitation to join a property. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder.
2. Open the invitation email and click Create account. This will take you to the tawk.to signup page.
You’ll need to enter your name, email address, and a secure password to create a free account.
3. After signing up, you’ll be taken to the dashboard. Click the bell icon in the lower-left corner of your dashboard. This opens the notifications list.
4. Under Invitations, click Accept to accept the pending invitation.
You’ll be added to the property after accepting the invitation. You’ll have access to the property’s settings and live chats (depending on your assigned role and permissions). The property list in the upper right corner of the dashboard shows the names of your properties.

Important considerations
If the invitation link has expired or you didn’t receive the email, ask the property admin to resend the invitation.
You can join multiple properties using the same tawk.to account.
