With the tawk.to mobile app, you can answer chats on the go, manage property settings, edit shortcuts and much more. The app is free and you can find it on the Apple app store by searching for tawk.to.

By default, when you set up a new widget, it will track visitors' IP addresses to gather useful visitor data. For example, if you're tracking IPs, you will know when a visitor has been on your site multiple times or has had previous conversations via the widget.

If you prefer to turn the Visitor IP Tracking off, you can do so in the iOS app by selecting the hamburger icon in the top left corner to open the menu.

Select Admin from the list to open the property selection menu.

Select the property for which you'd like to manage the Visitor IP Tracking.

Select Data Privacy.

Now just switch the Visitor IP Tracking on or off depending on your preferences.
