Creating and managing Pipelines

The instructions below are for desktops and laptops only.

Pipelines help you organize your work into clear stages so you can track progress from start to finish. Each pipeline acts as a visual workflow where cards move from one stage to the next, making it easy to see what needs attention and what comes next.

You can create a pipeline from scratch or start with a template, then customize its stages to match your team's workflow. As work progresses, move cards between stages, search for specific items, switch between different views, and update the pipeline whenever your process changes.

Creating a new pipeline

1. Log in to your tawk.to account, and select the correct property.

2. Click Pipeline on the left navigation bar.

3. On the main Pipeline page, click + New Pipeline or + Create Pipeline.

  • Templates provide a faster way to create new pipelines while maintaining consistency across similar workflows.
