Creating and managing Pipelines
The instructions below are for desktops and laptops only.
You can create a pipeline from scratch or start with a template, then customize its stages to match your team's workflow. As work progresses, move cards between stages, search for specific items, switch between different views, and update the pipeline whenever your process changes.
Creating a new pipeline

2. Click Pipeline on the left navigation bar.

3. On the main Pipeline page, click + New Pipeline or + Create Pipeline.

4. In the Create Pipeline window, choose one of the following options:
- Start from Scratch — Create a completely new pipeline.- Start from template — Use a predefined template as a starting point.

5. Complete the pipeline setup.
If you selected Start from Scratch,
- Enter a Name and Description.
- Add, remove, or rename the pipeline Stages to match your workflow.
- Click Create pipeline.

If you don’t have any templates yet, click + Create Template.

- Enter a Name and Description.
- Select the appropriate template category.
- Turn For this property on if you want the template to be available only for the current property.
- Edit the Stages if needed.
- Preview the template.
- Click Create Template.

6. Your new pipeline will appear on the main Pipeline page.

Managing your pipelines
Change the page view
Choose the view that works best for you:
- Card view
- List view


Click the Search icon in the upper-right corner to quickly find a specific pipeline.

Editing a Pipeline
1. On the Pipeline page, click the pipeline you want to edit.

2. From within the pipeline, you can:
- Switch between Pipeline, List, and Forecast views.- Click + Add to add new cards or stages.
- Search for cards and stages.
- Filter and sort cards using different attributes.
- Change the pipeline settings.

Each pipeline offers three ways to view your work:
- Pipeline — Displays cards arranged by stage, making it easy to track progress visually.
- List — Shows all cards in a searchable list.
- Forecast — Provides a timeline-based view to help you review upcoming work and progress.



Use the Search icon to quickly find cards or stages within the current pipeline.

Use Filter to narrow the cards displayed using attributes such as Title, Description, Priority, and other available criteria.

Use Sort to organize cards by Date Created, Last Updated, Title, and other available criteria.

Click the Settings icon to edit your pipeline's configuration and customize it for your team's workflow.

Additional considerations
- Pipelines are designed to help you organize work into clearly defined stages, making it easier to monitor progress and identify what needs attention.
- You can customize pipeline stages to match your team's workflow and update them as your processes change.
- Templates provide a faster way to create new pipelines while maintaining consistency across similar workflows.
