Connecting multiple Facebook accounts to a property
The instructions below are for desktops and laptops only.
You can connect multiple Facebook Business accounts to tawk.to, and manage all your Facebook Messenger conversations from a single, centralized location.
Follow these steps to connect your Facebook business accounts:

3. Click Inbox on the left navigation bar.

4. Click + Connect Channel on the left menu.

5. On the Select Integration page, click Facebook Messenger.

6. This opens the Facebook Messenger overview page. Click the Settings tab. Then, click + Connect.

7. In the pop-up window, log in to your business Facebook account, grant tawk.to Omnichannel Inbox permission to access your Messenger chats, and follow the instructions to complete the connection.



After a successful connection

Click the Facebook inbox to view your conversations on the right panel.

Additional information
Once a Facebook account is connected to one property, it cannot be connected to another. Facebook accounts already in use will be labeled “Connected to another property.”

If your messages aren’t going through via Facebook Messenger, you may need to check the Connected App settings on your Facebook page and grant tawk.to the correct permissions. Learn more with this guide: Facebook Messenger: Troubleshooting message delivery issues
